He is survived by: his wife Esther Edwards (Kasoff); his son Michael Edwards of Arlington, Texas; his grandchildren, Erica Edwards Hines (Jason), Nicholas Edwards (Leslie), Christopher Edwards (Rachel) and Shannon Ray of Warner Robins; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Cohen, Cooper, Ellie, Hunter, Parker, Tucker, Chandler and Isabelle; his great great grandchildren, Oliver and Owen; his nieces and nephews, Allen Resnick, Robert Resnick, Howard Resnick of Los Angeles, CA, Susan Rosenthal of Valley Glen, CA, Trina Zigan (Mike) and Ellen Batchelor (Rusty); and his sister-in-law Linda Edwards Cook (Charles).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parkway Memorial Gardens (720 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31093). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Georgia Sheriffs' Youth Homes, continuing Charlie's lifelong mission of service and support for the next generation.
