He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Joiner and Louvenia Joiner (Adams); his wife Kandy Stevens Joiner; his daughters, Megan Allen (Patrick) and Mackenzie Stroupe (Allen); and his grandson Gabriel. He was also cherished by extended family members and countless friends.
