He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Casey Phillips (Tiffany) and Melanie Paige Phillips; his grandchildren, Eleni Chittenden (Matt), Mckenzie Baker, Emma Baker and Wyatt Baker; and his great grandchildren, Callie Chittenden, Ivey Chittenden and Montana Chittenden.
