She was predeceased by: her parents, Worthn Foskey and Claudia Foskey; her husband Carl M. Dominy; and her siblings, Cleveland Jim Foskey, Booth Foskey, Eddie Foskey, Clifford Foskey, Etta Mae Scott, Eugene Foskey, Nettie Dell Johnson and Everette Foskey.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Matson (Charles), Robin Craig (Rob) and Dell Burgess (Jeff); her grandchildren, Janna Matson, Sam Matson (Kelsea), Max Burgess (Kaitlin), Chase Burgess (Jacob), Hannah Burgess, Myles Craig, Callen Craig and Lauren Craig; and her sister Vera Canan.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Carrie Dominy to The Ronald McDonald House, Heart of Georgia Hospice, or your charity of choice.
