She was predeceased by: her parents, John Perry and Lelia McDaniel Perry; and her brothers, John Perry, Jr. and Jackson Ray Perry, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy; her sons, Don Lee (Lisa) of Byron and Michael Lee (Amy) of Cochran, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Cohen Lee and Veronica Lee. She is also survived by her family, friends.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Carol Perry Lee to the Northside Baptist Music Department at 1013 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Centerville, GA 31028.
