He was predeceased by: his father Eugenio Sivo, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Viola May Betters; his wife Jennifer Teal Sivo; his children, Jalynn Aileen Erwin (Elijah), Lilly Catherine Sivo and Dominic Eugene Sivo; his grandson Zeppelin Lee Erwin of Bonaire, Georgia; and his brothers, Eugene Sivo (Darlene) of Rhode Island, Robert Sivo (Dotty) of Rhode Island, David Sivo (Coleen) of Rhode Island and Paul Sivo (Jill) of Rhode Island.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Brian Sivo to the Arthritis Foundation, 1355 Peachtree St., Ste. 600, Atlanta, Georgia 30309.
