She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clayton Smith, Sr. and Georgia Ross McGhee; and her siblings, James Smith, Jr. and Catherine Bowers. She is survived by: her husband David Hodes; her sons, Todd Tyler (Tammy) and Stephen Hodes (Beth); her grandchildren, Logan Tyler, Layne Kirby (Kyle), Carson Hodes, Lily Hodes and Asher Hodes; and her sister-in-law Cathy Smith.
