She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira J. Tompkins and Ruby Godbee Tompkins; and her sister-in-law Nettie Foster. She is survived by: her husband Odus Sanford Russell, Jr. (Mack); her brother Julian Tompkins; her son Mark Anthony Watson; her brother Leon Tompkins; her sister-in-law Jean Russell; her children, Ruth Lanae Collier (Boyd) of Canton, GA, Gary Lee Watson, David Randall Watson, Bonnie Christian (Gary), Terry Russell (Sherry) and Sherry Jane Shaw of Calif; and her siblings-in-law, Emily Tompkins and W. R.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
