She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul McCoy and Alma Elizabeth Kelly McCoy; and her husband Clayton "Lou" Elliott Costello. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Gale Blackwell (Kenneth), Tricia Elaine McCoy, William Paul McCoy, Jr., Phil Stanley McCoy (Cathy) and James Willard McCoy (Janice); her children, Lewis Clayton Costello (Diane) of Kathleen, GA and Kelly Costello Blackmon (Daniel) of Valdosta, GA; her grandchildren, Travis Ryan Blackmon, Emily Alyse Van Dyke (Jovan), Shannon Costello Musselwhite (Taylor), Patrick and Jessica Rachel Pamanian; and her great grandchildren, Anastasia Blackmon, Baby Costello and Baby Van Dyke.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association, the ALS Association, or the Langdale Hospice House in Valdosta, GA.
