He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gouin, Sr. and Beatrice Bourque Gouin; his daughter Kim Rundle; and his siblings, William Joseph Gouin and Elizabeth Lee Robinson.

He is survived by: his wife Pat Gouin; his sons, Daniel Gouin (Kathy) and Deborrah Chapman (Steve); his son-in-law Scott Rundle; his grandchildren, Tucker Gouin, Kelly Gouin and Hazel Bohanan-Chapman; and his sister Nancy Sparks. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
