He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin L. Rouse and Clifford Bennett Rouse; and his siblings, Bobby Austin Bennett, Jerry Clifton Rouse and Sandra Bennett Crosby.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Heape Rouse of Waresboro; his son Wayne Rouse (Lori) of Waresboro; his stepson Edward Brinson Lary III (Tammy) of Crawfordville, FL; his grandchildren, Cherry Carmen Henderson (Corey), Shelby Lynn Sweatt (Clay), Randi Charmaine Lloyd (Zeb) and Kyle Brunsed; his great grandchildren, Colton Henderson, Caden Henderson, Zander Lloyd, Zayton Lloyd and Triston Brunsed; and his siblings, Virginia Louise Sumner of Waresboro and James Arthur Rouse of Homerville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
