He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Roberson Spivey and Georgiann Leavens Spivey; and his former wife Allene Anderson Spivey. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Spivey (Lisa) of Ambrose, Kyle Spivey (Teaira) of Douglas and Jason Anderson of Des Moines, IA; his stepson Phillip Mixon (Kim) of Millwood; his grandchildren, Brayden Anderson, Kameron, Raelyn, Stella, Elliana Spivey, Austin and Madison Mixon; and his sister Geneva Youngblood of Blackshear. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
