He was predeceased by: his father James Clark; his sister Angelicka; his grandsons, Justin (Aulicia) of Hinesville, GA, Kevin of Lexington, KY and James III of Hinesville, GA.; and his great grandchildren, Kevin Jr., Khamilah, Mila, Asionna and Tony.
He is survived by: his wife Belinda; his daughters, Marilyn Hicks (James) of Hinesville, GA, Chenika Hurt of Suwon and Catherine Alexander (Damion); his mother Ruth Jean Wilson; and his siblings, Bennie, Curtis (Omeika), Terrence (Flora), Garnet, Tammy (Henry), Louise (late Vernon), Sandra, Jada and Susie (Jack).
He was deeply involved in his community, donated to his political party, very active in his Masonic order as the Worshipful Master of Lambskin 165, as well as heavily involved in the NA/AA organization.
