He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ernest Kelly, Nathaniel Kelly, John C. Kelly and Jeraldine Kelly Kent. He is survived by: his siblings, Nadine Manigault of Hinesville, GA, Ronnie Kelly (Pearl) of Birmingham, AL, Timothy Kelly (Cynthia) of Jesup, GA and Darlene Hill (James) of Hinesville, GA; his goddaughters, Ashley and Minne; and his friends, Rosemary Williams, Carolyn Edmonds and Jennifer Newton.
