He is survived by: his wife Connie Ratcliff; his sons, Michael Ratcliff (Lisa), Jerry Ratcliff and Terry Ratcliff (Sherry); his grandchildren, Shane Umbarger (Amber), Sasha Milks (Brad), Jake Ratcliff (Alex), Jessica Ratcliff (Hunter) and Joshua Ratcliff; his great grandchildren, Lewis Umbarger, Meadow Umbarger, Dixie Hudson, Faith Hudson, Benjamin Hudson and Weslee Milks; and his siblings, Kate Chester, Pat Towery, Betty Lawrence, Weldon Ratcliff, Clifton Ratcliff and Wayne Ratcliff.
