He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Chadwick; his children, Tammy Colver (Scott) and John Travis Chadwick; his grandchildren, Justin Colver (Alyssa), Jacob Colver, Jesse Colver and Logan Anderson; his great grandchildren, Carter Anderson and Arya Colver; and his siblings, Ralph Chadwick (Shelia), Janice Hendricks (Jim) and Wanda Cook (Ricky). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
