He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Davis. He is survived by: his wife Lori Davis; his children, C. J. "Carl" Davis, Maggie Jaclyne Davis, Adam Teal (Brooke) and Lauren Teal; his father James Edward Davis (Hazel); his grandchildren, Layleigh Davis, Brody Teal, Brock Teal and Charlee Teal; his brother John Davis (Deborah); and his mother-in-law Sandra Newberry.
