He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Webb and Inez Rowden; and his stepfather Coleman Rowden Survivors. He is survived by: his children, Scott Webb (Trina) and Shannon Darby (Brian); his siblings, Donnie Webb, Gary Webb and Melba Smith; his grandchildren, Chris Darby, Chelsea Godfrey and Morgan Darby; and also, Canton, Waleska, Bogart and Suwanee.
