She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Clarence Clark and Lena Amerson Clark; and her grandson Jeremy Blake Meadows. She is survived by: her husband Frank Wood, Sr. of Wadley; her son Jeremy (Carrie Meadows); her grandchildren, Kimberly Radford, Hailey Lyon Meadows and Conner Meadows; her sisters, Margaret (Johnny York), Dianne Irby of Augusta, Audrey Clark of Gibson, Sharon Wheeler (Roger) and Karen Reese (Emmet); and her pet Princess. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Because of the unexpected nature of Sylvia's death, the family respectfully asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made directly to Taylor Funeral Home, 401 West 8th Street Louisville, GA 30434 to help with expenses.
