He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Green and Mary Lee Lewis; his siblings, Margaret Osborne, William Bump Lewis, Ida Mae Lewis and John Henry Lewis; and his son-in-law Daniel Edward Xavier Phair.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tangie Lafaye Phair of Stafford, Virginia and Aleshia Michelle Lewis of Louisville Georgia; his stepdaughter Sandy Harmon of Wadley, Georgia; his grandchildren, Winford Seafus, Jr., Antowaski Kittles, Jr., Charmaine Lafaye Gilmore of Augusta Georgia and Alexandra Olivia Alexis Phair of Stafford, Virginia; his great grandchildren, Imoni Carr, Ryleigh Carr, Jaylan Thomas of Augusta Ga, KaMiyah Kittles of Louisville and Bentley Seafus of Augusta Ga; and his siblings, Charles Paul Lewis, Regina Kelly, Mary Dorothy Heggs and Min. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
