She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Black and Alice Faircloth Black; her husband Cephus Cowart; and her son Larry Cowart. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Cowart (Sandy) of Wadley, Gary Cowart (Rita) of Wadley and Joel Cowart (Brenda) of Wadley; her sister Betty Rigdon (Jack) of Canoochee; and her grandchildren, Michael Cowart, Ashley Cowart, DeWayne Cowart, Josh Cowart, Richie Cowart and Melissa Cowart Brown. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces nephews and many friends.
