She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Alvie Smith and Ada Dell Watkins Smith; and her son-in-law David Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Wynder Smith of Wadley; her children, Alisa Holley (Greg) of Wadley, Sharon Phillips of Wadley and Clint Smith (Kim) of Wadley; her grandchildren, Rob Holley (Sarah) of Louisville, Abbey Meyer (Chris) of Atlanta, Heather Holley of Atlanta, Benjamin Phillips (Jana) of Statesboro, Emily Phillips of Wadley, Will Smith of Wadley and Samuel Smith of Wadley; her great grandchildren, Emeri, Eva Holley of Louisville and Stiles Phillips of Statesboro; her siblings, Annette Bailey of Waynesboro, Judy Lamb of Louisville and Charles Smith (Bettilu) of Wadley; and her sister-in-law Patricia Edwards. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Because of the family's concern for public health and safety during this pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed.
