He was predeceased by: his daughters, Jacqueline Freeman and Melissa Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Freeman Dowden of Wadley, GA; and his children, Maurice Freeman Dowden (Rebecca) of State College, PA, Kamel Freeman of Brooklyn, N. Y., Lavon Freeman of Augusta, GA, Beverly Williams and Juliet Carmichael (Zackary) of Brooklyn, N. Y.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 11:00 at Brinson Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Wadley, GA with mask and social distancing.
