We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2020, at the age of 66, Buster Whisnant of Wadley, Georgia, born in Jefferson, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Whisnant and Fannie Lee Smith Whisnant; and his brothers, Daniel Whisnant and Nathaniel Whisnant. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Whisnant of Wadley; his children, Shawn Whisnant (Teresia) of Roanoke, VA, Jeremy Whisnant (Tiffany) of Midville and Cassandra Bell of Wadley; his siblings, James Whisnant of Jefferson, Harold Whisnant of Jefferson, Homer Whisnant of Jefferson, U. V. Whisnant (Cheryl) of Braselton, Mary Lou Norris (Clarence) of Jefferson, Eunice Kittle of Jefferson and Alice McDaniel of Braselton; and his grandchildren, Nikki Whisnant, Austin Whisnant and Peyton Whisnant.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mr. Buster Brown Whisnant to Chapman Funeral Home, 427 North Main Street, Swainsboro, GA 30401.
