He is survived by: his wife Jessica Wallace Griffith; his children, Victoria Lee Griffith, Ryleigh Nicole Griffith, Michael Lee Griffith, Jr., Landon Andrew Wallace, Alexandra Blake Costlow and Jesse Allen Costlow; his mother Mona Marie Griffith; and his brothers, David Griffith, Jr. and Jonathan Coy Griffith.
The family has requested that flowers be omitted and that donations be made to the funeral home to help cover the funeral expenses.
