He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Grady Crossley and Mattie Lou Crossley; his wife Mary Catherine Cook Crossley; his daughter Julie Ann Payton; and his siblings, Eunice Parker and Luke Crossley.

He is survived by: his children, Catherine Elizabeth Crossley of Waco, Grady Crossley, Jr. of Stockbridge and Billy Joe Crossley of Stockbridge; his son-in-law Randy Payton of Waco; and his grandchildren, Ava Crossley, Caitlin Crossley, Trey Crossley (Shelby), Nichole Mays (Conner), Sharon Thornton (Brad) and Jonathan Payton (Tana). He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.
