He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rivero and Victoria Santana Rivero; and his son Samuel Rivero. He is survived by: his wife Olga Estopinan Rivero; and his children, Norma Rivero of Gainesville, Ruth Ruiz (Rolando) of Lawrenceville, Rebeca Plunkett (Gregory) of Waco, Francisco Rivero, Jr. (Maria) of Gainesville, Joel Rivero (Sally) of Buford and Victoria Brown (Todd) of Monroe. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
