He is survived by: his father Billy Ray Lewis; his wife Nikki Lewis; his children, Hannah Lewis and Andrew Lewis of Waco; his brothers, Michael Lewis (Martha) and Christopher Lewis (Veronica); his parents-in-law, Julie Hendrix and Jesse Hagan; and his siblings-in-law, Kate Carnes, Sarah Smith (David), Lindsay Hagan, Shari Duvall (Danny), Rachel Runion and Richard Hagan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friend.
