He is survived by: his children, Robin Peck of Springhill, Bob Willoughby (Judy) of Villa Rica and Bill Willoughby (Melissa) of Villa Rica; his siblings, Linda Willoughby Leatherman of Carrollton, GA, Joe Willoughby of Villa Rica, GA, Jim Willoughby of Marietta, GA, Chuck Willoughby of Villa Rica, GA, Ann Willoughby Miller of Villa Rica, GA and John Willoughby of Villa Rica, GA; and his grandchildren, Katie Werts, Cody Willoughby, Amy Willoughby, Grant Willoughby and Kay Butts. He is also survived by four Great Grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
