He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Morgan of Villa Rica, Ronald (Dianne Morgan) and William James (Vickey Morgan); and his siblings, Cecil Morgan of Newnan and Mary Ann Keown of Villa Rica. He is also survived by six grand children and seven great grandchildren.
