He was predeceased by: his parents, James Milo Mullis, Sr. and Mary Etta Mullis (Howell); and his brothers, Ricky Mullis and James Milo Mullis, Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Gail Huffman of Douglasville, Patricia Foley of Winston, Anita Waldrip of Temple and Kathy Moore of Temple. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
