He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kenneth Duncan and Jeanette Morgan Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Diane Williams Duncan; and his brother Michael Duncan of Hartwell, GA. He is also survived by two sons and daughters-in-law.
