He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Plyler Betenbaugh; his sons, Perry (Robin Plyler) and Tracy (Tammy Betenbaugh); his siblings, Sandra Lewis of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Billy Betenbaugh of Lawrenceville, Georgia; his grandchildren, Ashley Betenbaugh, Philip Betenbaugh, Samantha Coats, Stephanie Lauzon and Conor Plyler; and his great grandchildren, Stella Coats, Harper Coats and Carter Lauzon.
