He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lawrence Busby and Annie Claire Whittington Busby; and his sister Susan Mullinax. He is survived by: his wife Rosalee Traylor Busby; his children, Gary Busby (Elaine), Rebecca Busby, Sam Busby (Angie) and Rita Morgan (Joe); and his sister Helen Gray (Tom). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
