She was predeceased by: her mother Lusinda Ann Yoho Posey. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Thompson; her children, Lily Hearn, Brittany Thompson, Phillip Owen Thompson, Max Todd Craig and Thomas Jeffrey Thompson; her father Dan Carey; her siblings, Carmen Posey, George Posey and Travis Carey; and her grandmother Sindie Whitehead. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren: one great-grandchild.
