He was predeceased by: his parents, James Charles "JC" Justus and Roberta Griffin Justus. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Boggs Justus; his children, John Gardner of New York, Lauren Justus Gafford (Brent) of Smyrna and Charles Justus (Anne Marie) of Smyrna; his grandchildren, Grady and Madeline Gafford; his brothers, Mike Justus (Sheryl) of Tampa, FL and Alan Justus (Tecie) of Hendersonville, NC; his father-in-law Larry Boggs (Mary) of Carrollton; and his brothers-in-law, Kirk Boggs (Nell) of Douglasville and Stephen Boggs (Beth) of Smyrna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (206 S Carroll Rd, Villa Rica, GA 30180). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Meadowbrook Memory Gardens (1100 NE Hickory Level Rd, Villa Rica, GA 30180).
