He is survived by: his wife Melody Ann McIntosh Henderson of Villa Rica, GA.; his children, Alisha Henderson of Denver, CO., Kyle Henderson of Phoenix, AZ and Bailey Henderson of Villa Rica, GA; his stepdaughter Nicole (Brad Kelly); his brother Brad; his sister-in-law Janine Henderson; his sister Jacque of Phoenix, AZ; his brother-in-law Rich Maxwell of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandchildren, Eden Carpenter and Mila Kelly.
