He was predeceased by: his former wife Gracie Mefford Clark; his wife Betty Schrimsher Clark; his daughter Tina Louise Clark; his parents, Henry Clark and Idella Clark; his brothers, H. T. Clark and Grayson Clark; and his son-in-law Jerry Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie (Marvin Passon), Robbie Church, Kathy Miller, Dana (Sherrie Clark) and Kenny (Teresa Clark); and his siblings, Kenneth Clark, Thomas Clark, James Clark, Charles Clark, David Clark, Carolyn Johnson and Mary Rowe. He is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
