He was predeceased by: his parents, Dulcina "Senie" Letha Vines Tuggle and Richmond Gordon Tuggle, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Irma Ruth Clements Tuggle; and his daughters, Janice Chatham, Jean Grenier and Carol Tuggle. He is also survived by his six grandchildren, and his four great grandsons.
