He is survived by: his wife Amanda Ariail Arnell of Villa Rica; his children, Jennifer Cottrell (Jared) of Kentucky, Jessica Arnell of Kentucky, Nicholas Arnell and Christian Arnell of Villa Rica; his siblings, Melissa Richards (Mike) of Douglasville, Donald Arnell of Whitesburg and Kim Arnell (Nita) of Whitesburg; and his grandchildren, Noah Cottrell, Caleb Cottrell and Brooklynn Toler of Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
