It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Joan Carr of Villa Rica, Georgia, born in Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Duncan and Ola Christine Wigley Swafford; and her husband Douglas Lee Carr. She is survived by: her daughters, Carla (Tony Spears) and Christie (John Dowdy); her grandchildren, Brandon, Annalysa of Washington, Gracie Dowdy of Villa Rica and Christine Dowdy of Villa Rica; and her great grandchild Brent (Lacy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
