He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Bumgarner and Carolyn Newton Bumgarner. He is survived by: his wife Jane Poston Bumgarner; his sons, Tim Bumgarner and David Bumgarner (Shannon); his sister Vicki B. Craig; his grandchildren, Chris Stewart (Faith) and Kyle Bumgarner; his uncle Olin Bumgarner (Kay); and his aunt Peggy McSwain (Sherrill). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
