She was predeceased by: her husband Freddy Lee Bell; her son-in-law Tommy Phillips; and her sister-in-law Linda Carroll. She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Dawn Phillips of Villa Rica; her siblings, Opal Spake (Monroe) of Villa Rica, Dianne Jacobs (Lewis) of Villa Rica, Ed Carroll of Villa Rica, Larry Carroll of Athens and Danny Carroll of Villa Rica; her granddaughters, Zanna Bell of Marietta and Madison Phillips of Villa Rica; and her great grandchild Brody. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
