He was predeceased by: his parents, Walt Thompson and Anita Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Thompson; his children, Lacey Thompson, Mary Thompson, Dana Thompson, Shelley, Andrew Thompson and Jaime Briggs; his brother Walter II; his sister-in-law Denise Thompson; his sister Sheri Thompson; and his grandchildren, Collin, Paul, Brandon, Joshua, Luke, Josiah, Jensen, Madelyn and Blakely. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
