He is survived by: his parents, Donald Roger Mills and Jeannie Louise Mills; his children, Heather Mills Ashley (Donald) of Cumming, GA and Jackson Mills of Douglasville, GA; his siblings, Dwayne Mills (Amanda) and Karen Routh of Murfreesboro, TN; his nieces and nephews, Tyler Mills, Noah Mills, Eddie Routh, Kalli Mills and Brooke Routh; and his close friend Tiffany Shull Mills.
