She was predeceased by: her parents, Brady Simpson and Christine Head Simpson; and the father of her children Olen Michael Cook (James Parrish Brown). She is survived by: her sons, Charles (Lisa Cook), William Cook of Union, SC and Brady Cook of Atlanta, GA; her sister Janelle; her brother-in-law Dennis Adair of Villa Rica, GA; and her nieces, Vickie Lovvorn of Woodland, AL and Pansey Bailey of Woodland, AL. She is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
