She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kennedy and Lacy Wilson Kennedy; her husband Macon Mercer; and her son Macon Delaine Mercer. She is survived by: her children, Tammy (Gary Goller), Rebecca (Joe Gentry) and Paul Mercer; her daughter-in-law Sarah Falls of Decatur; her sister Rachel Whaley of Beulaville, NC; her brother-in-law Donald Mercer of Chattanooga, TN; her grandchildren, Danny, Pam, Taisha, Krystie, Sandra and Amber; and her pet Hope. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
