He is survived by: his wife Tammy Pirkle (Griffin) of Villa Rica; his children, Jimmy Carpenter of Villa Rica, Johnny Carpenter of Villa Rica, William Pirkle of Villa Rica, Jennifer Pirkle of Villa Rica and Shana Pirkle of Douglasville; his siblings, Hugh Pirkle of Savannah, Carlos Pirkle of Villa Rica, Minnie Pirkle of Bremen and Cora Rushton; his grandchildren, Matthew, LaKayla, Hunter, Dixie, Whitney, Kaila, Tori and Taylor; and his great grandchild Delilah.
