He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel C. Baity and Jacquline Depree; and his son Jason Baity. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Baity of Calhoun; and his sisters, Susan (Donald Bohannon) and Amanda (Billy Morris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Happy Valley Baptist Church (605 Main St, Villa Rica, GA 30180).
