She is survived by: her husband Brian Borek; her stepdaughter Rachal Catherine Borek; her siblings, John DeWine (Vanna), Kathryn DeWine Perry (David) and David DeWine (Mary Susan); and her nieces and nephews, Robert, Patrick Dewine, Natalie, Elisabeth, Davis, Duncan Perry, Jonah, Nina DeWine, Brittney and Carrie Ann DeWine. She is also survived by relatives, family, friends and dear friends.
